PATS accepts most in-state, local insurance plans and is happy to provide the billing services for these policies. Specifically:

Select Health Plans (CHIP, Select Med, Select Value, Select Signature, Select Share & Select Care), United Health Care, DMBA, EMI, PEHP, & Lyra. PATS also offers self-pay and ecclesiastical rates (available upon request).

In the event one of our providers isn’t on your insurance plan, you may still be able to receive our services via “out of network benefits.” We can provide you with a bill that you may use to send a claim to your insurance company. Please contact our office with any questions regarding your outpatient mental health benefits. There’s much to understand regarding pre-authorization of services, your deductible and co-payment, etc. We are happy to help you learn about your particular benefits.
